It is generally recommended to make repairs yourself, because of the cost of shipping. The PCBs are warrantied for one year, as is anything damaged during shipping.

These are just standard arduino devices and can be obtained on Amazon.com, with plenty of YouTube videos showing how to replace them. We will be making a series of videos on exactly how to do this in the near future.

 

If you'd prefer service from the headquarters, you will have to pay for both round-trip shipping and repair costs.
 

All modules are tested upon completion and stored in the factory to make sure they are not shipped with any defects.
